Blogger App
The previous post was written on the blogger app from my iphone. I was so anxious to blog and try the new app that I couldnt for tomorrow. I actually did not know there was a Blogger app available until I searched for it last night. That’s how antsy I was about posting an entry about Real Steel. The Blogger app is easy to use and quite easy on the eyes. The minimalist style makes it easier to navigate through the pages. Attaching an image is as easy as a tap or two. Publishing is rather quick, especially on wi-fi connection. I have yet to try it on Sprint 3G. I don’t think it would take forever since the layout is so minimalistic that there aren’t that many images to load.
Adding a post title and labels is also a tap away. One tap of your finger and you can enter the words. There’s a list of post entries on the main page along with the menu bar. This makes it easier to go back and edit previous entries or finish a post on draft.
I like how effortless this app feel. It does the basic things I need. It is missing a lot of blogger components such as viewing the comments, stats, font styles, blog rolls, and a lot more other things that you usually see in your blogger dashboard. But then again, this is not meant to replace the Blogger website. It serves as an alternative, an accessible option when on the go.
