HOLIDAY?

Tomorrow is a holiday... or so they say. our payroll department informed me that they did payroll earlier during the week because friday is a holiday. i didn't really pay attention to it until i received my check today, along with all of the hundreds of consultants that we have. it's only thursday. i get paid on fridays. tomorrow is veteran's day. our company never closes on this day. but because people (specifically payroll) kept on telling me that Friday is a holiday, it became unclear to me if i'll be getting a day off or not.

hoping and crossing my fingers for an observed holiday, i anxiously asked my boss if the office is closed tomorrow. unfortunately the business services industry will be open ... the entire day, while most of our clients will be out of the office.

so expect a new layout by the end of the day tomorrow.
