Compliment me

someone told me i looked like i'm losing weight. i blushed of course. but being the woman that i am who doesn't know how to take a compliment, i said "no, i'm not. i'm gaining weight."

classic.

i really know how to ruin a moment.

anyways, because someone said i look thinner (hehhee) i treated myself on an authentic sichuan lunch from wu liang ye... eggroll, lomein and a hint of chengdu wonton with sichuan peppercorn vinaigrette plus a can of coke. i'm not much of a heavy lunch eater but the compliment gave me an ego boost that i forgot how lunch is going to add a big chunk of pounds in my already pleasantly plump body.

today was a different story. i didn't really care. i was hungry and i was craving for some chinese food.

might i add, it was one of the best lomein i ever had.
