Life in the New Year

Life's pretty unpredictable, i'll tell you that. No matter how many times one outlines a plan or try to stick to a plan, something inevitable happens that shocks the nerve and reminds you that life is short. too short for some. a bit longer for others. it varies and i'm not sure what we can do to prepare ourselves for what's to come. one thing i do know: live life to its fullest. sounds cliche, i know. but those words hold a powerful meaning. 

In this new year, i want to live my life to the fullest. How exactly am i going to accomplish that? I don't know. it's hard to say what living exactly means, but as long as i'm truly happy with who i am, where i am, and who i'm with, then maybe i can say i've lived life to its fullest. 

it's a journey i'm ready to take... to live.
