Facebook, what have you done to me?

Every minute, every hour, and pretty much every second of the day, I am on facebook. Sometimes I log on to play Yoville or check my friends pages, look at their new pictures, write photo comments, write wall comments.

Sometimes, I find myself logging on just to see what the new status updates are or chat with whoever is available online.

or play Yoville again. Every 6 hours or so, I can go to work at the widget factory and earn some yoville coins.
After working at the factory, I usually message my yoville friends to earn more coins. I use the coins to buy furniture, accessories, wallpaper, floor, and windows for my Yoville Apartment.

Looking at my apartment, you can tell that I've done a lot of shopping and put a lot of time into decorating my place. I still have two other rooms left to decorate.

But I've lost the urge to decorate. At least for now. No creativity juices flowing. Yet, I still log on to view my apartment every hour or so. Hoping that maybe, a new idea will pop up. And when there's none, I log out of yoville, and start staring at my facebook home page.

I log on facebook too when I get home. Even check it on my iphone. I don't know why this is happening to me. It's like I'm addicted to it... kinda like my own brand of heroine (stole the line from twilight lol). Is this happening to others or just me?

On my train ride home yesterday, I overheard two people behind me talking about all these social networking sites like xanga, myspace, friendster, twitter, and facebook. The older guy mentioned that people who are always on these sites have lower iq than the average person. boooooooooo!
