Restaurant City Too Much
I'm addicted to Restaurant City. Err. I was only level 15 on my last post and I'm now 3 levels higher. Woohoo! It took a lot of work and time to get to 18. I kept RC window open while at work... even though it slowed down my pc. The price I have to pay to level up my restaurant. It's seriously disturbing how I hooked I am. I play when I'm at work and when I get home. I haven't even watched TV or done anything productive because of this game. I've basically ignored playing my other favorite game, Yoville. I also neglected to log on to other games. I'm on a mission to have a bigger restaurant, hire more employees, and renovate the place.

Isn't it pretty?! I love it.... but honestly, at this point, I'm almost sick of the game. I think I overplayed. I mean, I know I overplayed. Just like Yoville, GuildWars, and Resident Evil 5 (we finished the game in a week!). When I reached the moment of maximum satisfaction... u know, when I did what I wanted to do with the game, I either gradually or cold-turkey stop playing. There's no desire for me to log on anymore. And I feel that I'm about to get tired of Restaurant City soon enough. Yesterday, I only logged on for a bit at work and I didn't play at all last night. It's a sign.
I guess the saying, "Too much of anything is never good", holds true. The fire eventually dies down. The desire fades. The satisfaction will soon go away. The excitement wears off.

omg, everyone is addicted to that game... or any other game on FB, what is that?! I've never tried any of those, but not too eager, since I'm scared I get addicted as well! :P

haha... your restaurant city addiction is like my sims 2 addiction. it slowly died down. your restaurant is looking good though. i noticed you have more furniture. hehe... it's very cute. :)
ReplyDeletethanks for the compliment about the jesse's girl e/s look. i loved the prices on those things. you can't go wrong on less than $5. wish they would come up with more colors though.
