gosh. i can imagine how frustrating it must be to hear about other people's frustrations in most of your shift. i feel bad for those having difficulties finding jobs. as much as you'd like to help, it's the employers that usually get the last word. i hope these people eventually get hired. it's scary to see unemployment on the rise. it hits home too when it's a neighbor or family member.
i know the feeling too when customers complain to me about something, but i totally have no control over it or don't have the training to even deal with it.
